Account Activation

Step 1: Enter your Appointing Entity Number and Activation Code and click Next.

 

Once you have completed the registration process,  an email notification and a letter will be sent to the Invoicing Address you specified.  These documents include your Activation Code and the web address for the activation site. eAppoint also displays your Appointing Entity Number upon completion of the registration process.

To activate your eAppoint Account:

  1. Entering your Appointing Entity Number.

  2. Enter your Activation Code.

  3. Click the Next button.

Step 2: Make any changes to the Registration Form data and click Next.

 

Once you have entered a valid Activation Code and Appointing Entity Number, eAppoint will display the page shown at left with the details you indicated for your account during the registration process. If you need to make any changes, you may do so using this screen. Otherwise, verify the information and click Next.

To activate your eAppoint Account:

  1. Make any changes.

  2. Click Next.
