Deleting an Agent from a Submittal

Step 1: Access the eAppoint Workbench and click the blue link in the Type column next to the name of the submittal you wish to alter.

 

In order to delete an agent from a submittal, you must first create a submittal or have a pre-existing submittal.  To access a created submittal, click the eAppoint Workbench link from the Other Places Task Menu.

 

Once you have created a submittal, eAppoint adds it to your workbench. The eAppoint Workbench page includes a table listing each of your submittals not yet submitted. The table also indicates the type of submittal, name you assigned to the submittal, the origin of the submittal, and the date the submittal was created. Each item listed in the "Type" column is also a hyperlink to the submittal. Clicking on one of the hyperlinks will allow you to resume working on the submittal.

To delete an agent from a submittal:

  1. Click the eAppoint Workbench link from the Other Places Task Menu.

  2. Click the blue link in the Type column next to the name of the submittal you wish to alter.
