Assuming you have chosen the Funeral and Cemeteries Profession in step 3:
Enter a Pre-Need License Number, FEIN, or SSN. (Note: As soon as you enter information into one of the above fields, the other fields will "gray out". You may only search on one field at a time.)
Click the Next button.

Potential Errors That May Occur in Step 4:
If the appointing entity you searched for is not found, the page to the left will display.
Click the Back button to return to page three of the Registration Wizard and try again.
Agency Not Found
If an account has already been registered for the appointing entity, the page to the left will display.
If you are an appointing entity with active appointments, you should have received a letter from the Department with instructions on activating your account. If you registered as a new appointing entity online, you should have received an email with a link to activate your account. If you did not receive correspondence from the Department by postal mail or email, please contact the Department of Financial Services at Agentlicensing@myfloridacfo.com.
Agency Already Registered
To abort the registration process, click the Cancel button. This will return you to the eAppoint Home page.
To retry the search, click the Back button to return to page three of the Registration Wizard and try again..
