Terminating an Appointment

Step 4:  Confirm the identity of the agent and click the Continue button.

 

Verify that the pre-need sales agent is the agent whose appointment you want to terminate.  If this is the incorrect agent click the Wrong Agent button and attempt to answer the question again.  If the agent is correct, click the Continue button.

 

To continue the termination process:

 

  1. Review the agent information.

  2. Click the Continue button.
