After you have logged onto the eAppoint website
using your username and password, eAppoint will display the below screen.
The "My Account" screen includes all of the contact information
you provided during the registration process and is the gateway for making
any changes to your eAppoint account. Notice the vertical menu of tasks
on the left side of the screen. eAppoint will display the appropriate
screen upon clicking a hyperlink within the menu. The same tasks are also
accessible through the buttons located at the bottom of the screen.
